In the summer of 2022, NOLA Creative Company was hired by the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority and Housing Catalyst to help organize and oversee the mural project for Oak 140, a mixed-use affordable housing development.

Noé Barnett from Albuquerque, New Mexico was selected and completed the north and west sides of the building with two murals, 26 ft tall x 6 ft wide.

Oak 140 is located at 149 Remington Street, Fort Collins, CO.
